Is this a hand painting or a print?
It's a fine art print on 400 GSM cotton canvas. All art on our site is printed, not hand-painted. Most of our prints carry an added texture that highlights the brushstrokes for a realistic, painterly feel — check the product images to see it, or WhatsApp us to double-check a specific print.
Will the watermark be on the art I receive?
No. The watermark only protects our designs from being copied online. Your piece arrives completely clean.
What materials do you use?
Every piece — framed or wrapped — is printed on premium 400 GSM cotton canvas. We only use canvas, never paper posters. For framed styles we use clear acrylic instead of glass: it's lighter, more durable, and gives a longer-lasting finish. For canvas wrap we use solid pinewood.
Does it come ready to hang?
Yes. Both canvas wraps and framed pieces arrive with hooks fitted on the back. Hammer a nail, hang, step back, admire.
How long does shipping take?
Every piece is made to order — processing and quality checks take 2–3 business days, then dispatch with tracking on email and WhatsApp.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes — within 2 hours of placing it. After that, production has already started and we can't cancel.
What about returns and refunds?
Because every piece is custom-made for you, returns and refunds apply in special circumstances — mainly damage in transit. If your art arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the damage and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
